J.R. Eason was born and raised in a rural setting in south-eastern Idaho, on a farm/ranch. Summers were busy with ranch work and this time seemed almost idyllic in contrast to the severe Idaho winters. As the snow blew horizontally outside our windows, J.R. would pass time drawing women and playing with paper-dolls.
